Thanks for all your input!


We just started the development, so there's not yet a design whatsoever, there's just a need for the existence of such module. This thread is becoming unreadable therefore I'll create an issue in repository OCA/edi to discuss the technical and functional requirements and design asap.

What do you plan to do wrt XBRL? Preparing the DNB statements from the account balance?

Regarding a potential repository, OCA/edi is a candidate but that should be asked to OCA/edi maintainers. Otherwise a new repo dedicated to XBRL support is a possibility too (IMO it is quite different from OCA/edi in term of scope - ie regulatory reporting vs regular business transactions).
