I confirm, It not need this module but we have customers want to have account by partner. Since V9, we aren't used this module.

I agree with Pedro. There is no need for that. In fact, journal items have Partner associated, by this, we easily group Receivable/Payable by Partners on journal item list view. Or if you prefer paper accounting reports, Receivable/Payable per Partner is easily retrieved also.
