byNo initiatives afaik but this request pops up on a regular basis hence it would be an enhancement that would be very welcome.
I think we should opt for a separate module inheriting from account_asset_management since most customers don’t need this feature.

Hi accounting community !
Are there initiatives to add support for multiple depreciation boards for a given asset in OCA account_asset_management ?
The typical use case is international groups that have different depreciation rules at the local (regulatory) and group level.
If not, is there any experience with that topic in the community and suggestions/ideas to approach this matter ?
