2020 Annual General Assembly
Results

The 2020 Annual General Assembly has been completed.

Ten new Delegates were elected before the AGA and able to vote for the first time:

  • Bhavesh Odedra

  • Carlos Daudén Calvete

  • Marcos Méndez Quintero

  • Mihai-Adrian Fekete

  • Wolfgang Hall

  • Raphaël Reverdy

  • Raphaël Valyi

  • Renato Lima

  • Souheil Bejaoui

As for the AGA results, the 2019/2020 Activities Report and Financial Statements were approved and the new board members and auditors were elected.

The board of nine consists of seven existing members and two newcomers - Virginie Dewulf and Benoît Guillot:

  • Joël Grand-Guillaume (Camptocamp, Switzerland)
  • Frederik Kramer (InitOS, Germany)
  • Daniel Reis (Open Source Integrators, The United States & Portugal)
  • Stéphane Bidoul (Acsone, Belgium) 
  • Alexandre Fayolle (Camptocamp, France)
  • Simone Orsi (Freelance, Italy)
  • Graeme Gellatly (Open 4 Small Business, New Zealand)
  • Virginie Dewulf (Coop IT Easy, Belgium)
  • Benoît Guillot (Akretion, France)

The financial auditors were also elected:

  • Marc Cassutto (Arche TI, Canada)

  • Ronda Mader (Open Source Integrators, The United States)

  • Megan Pitas (Open Source Integrators, The United States)

We thank all the candidates that put themselves forward but were not elected this time round - it is motivating to see more people wanting to participate as delegates over the course of the elections with the view to some hopefully becoming Board members in the future.
