remytms is a devops at Coop IT Easy in charge with @huguesdk of the
migration of client databases. He has migrate several databases from 9.0
to 12.0 and to 14.0 and contribute to OpenUpgrade scripts in 16.0.
OOW is a new tool to orchestrate a migration of a database to the next
version or across multiple versions. Actively used at Coop IT Easy and
at le GRAP.
It features :
- estimate workload to perform a migration
- developing and debugging migration scripts for OpenUpgrade
- migrating a database (including setting up environments, managing
database backup and restore to enable incremental work)
